Technical data

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy), processes IP addresses, device information and access logs to operate and secure the website. Logs are retained by Cloudflare only as long as needed for these purposes, as described in its privacy policy; we do not keep our own server logs. Email enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends. We rely on legitimate interests for these purposes and legal obligations where applicable.

Advertising

When enabled, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies and device information to serve ads based on previous website visits. Where required, we obtain consent. You can reject optional cookies or withdraw consent through Cookie Settings, which also lists partners and cookie durations. See Google’s data practices and advertising controls.

Provider processing locations and international transfer safeguards: Cloudflare stores data primarily in the United States and the European Economic Area and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback. Emails to our contact address are forwarded by Cloudflare to an inbox hosted by Google LLC, which relies on the same frameworks. Google AdSense, when enabled, processes data in the United States and other countries under Google’s safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restricted processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Contact contact@seedandshare.com to exercise your rights.
